WOMEN'S  RECOVERY

Treatment & Care Sites

RHCC has the capacity to serve 77 women throughout North Carolina within our residential substance use treatment programs. Our agency can accept women from any county or MCO within the state.

There are 5 locations that provide 4 different programs. Four of the locations have individual apartments dedicated for each family (Grace Court, The Village, Cambridge Place and Crystal Lake) and one site has 10 individual rooms in a communal living setting (Our House).

Each program is designed specifically to meet the unique needs of women and their children. RHCC’s approach to treatment is to provide our clients with a safe, clean and 24 hour supervised living environment where they can focus on recovery from substance use disorders while maintaining a family structure for their children.

RHCC works with each client to set up an individualized plan of care in order assist each family in achieving success towards meeting their goals.

The programs are designed so each family receives the supports and wrap around services that are essential in achieving and maintaining recovery as well as living a healthy and independent lifestyle. Some examples of these services include:

  • RHCC provides onsite babysitting during treatment services and appointments.

  • RHCC will provide directly or assure access to medical and dental services for both parent and child. This may include prenatal care, Well Baby Check Ups, immunizations, medication management and physicals.

  • RHCC will provide directly or assure that each child in the program receives appropriate developmental screenings and services.

  • Transportation is provided to appointments, activities, and other situations as necessary.

As a client at one of RHCC’s residential programs, you can expect to be treated with respect and understanding. Our staff are trained to address the specific and unique needs of women. Some of the areas that are emphasized include: substance use issues, domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse, parenting and developing positive relationships.
