Facility Manager

  • 21 years of age

  • Knowledge of substance as disease, and knowledge of programs for women, their children and minorities

  • A minimum of an associate's degree in human service field is preferred.

  • Experience in substance abuse residential services for women and their children. 

  • Professional communication skills in interacting with individuals and outside agencies and groups.

  • Competency with basic computer skills.

  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

v Clinical Quality Analysis 

               Pembroke, NC 

  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience with clinical quality initiatives, data mining, and analysis

  • Current licensure as Registered Nurse or LPN with at least 3 years of experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be proficient in electronic medical records, Excel, Word and adept at utilizing business intelligence software.

  • Must have a valid North Carolina driver's license and adequate transportation.

     

Dental Office Assistant/Interpreter

               Fairmont, NC 

 

  • The ability to relate warmth and effectiveness to the public, the patient, and the health care provider of the Corporation.

  • The ability to effectively perform the several duties that are part of the "front office" activities.

  • The ability to be bonded for the handling of cash receipts.

  • The ability to perform basic mathematical functions consistently and correctly.

Case Manager

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a human service-related field with documentation of at least two years of supervised experience in the profession of alcoholism and drug abuse counseling or related field.

  • Understanding of substance abuse and chemical dependency as defined in the DSM-IV.

  • Understanding of addictions and knowledge of the impact of addiction on women and families.  Knowledge of 12-step programs.

  • Knowledge of perinatal programs aimed at rural women and minorities.

  • Experience in the techniques of casework, group work, or community organizations.

  • Familiarity with the community and its resources.  The individual must be familiar with other agencies and with what they offer.

  • Ability to correlate needs with possible solutions; ability to synthesize information effectively in order to communicate successfully both orally and in writing.

  • Must have a valid NC driver's license.

 

Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Maintenance Technician I 

Lumberton, NC

 

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.        

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.

  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of generalized experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, construction, painting, hand tool use, etc.

  • Proven experience as maintenance technician.

  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.

  • Knowledge of general maintenance process and methods.

  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
