  • Referral Coordinator/CNA II | Laurinburg, NC

        Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

·        Completion of certificate program in healthcare area of focus

·        Unrestricted listing on the North Carolina Nurse’s Aides Registry as a Nurse Assistant II. 

·        Sufficient experience to perform the duties of this position. 

·        Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license. 

·        Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate.

 

  • Certified Nursing Assistant II | Fairmont, NC, Laurinburg, NC, Red Springs, NC ( primary side)

        Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

·        Completion of certificate program in healthcare area of focus

·        Unrestricted listing on the North Carolina Nurse’s Aides Registry as a Nurse Assistant II. 

·        Sufficient experience to perform the duties of this position. 

·        Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license. 

·        Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate.

 

  • Medical Office Assistant | Pembroke, NC, Red Springs, NC

·        Fluent to in both English and Spanish languages, oral and written is a huge plus.

·        Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 

·        Two years of experience working with the EMR system EPIC is preferred.

·        Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license.

·        Current Commercial driver’s license preferred.

 

  • Call Center Specialist | Pembroke, NC

·        Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

·        Update patient information and registration; obtain and verify accurate identification and demographic data for the patient's permanent medical record

·        Arrange patient appointments (inbound calls and outbound calls)

·        Verify insurance via electronic or web application or telephone.

·        Identify patient needs, answer questions, and solve problems.

·        Record and electronically send patients requests, messages, and refill request to provider Respond to voicemails & emails in timely manner

·        Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 

·        Two years of experience working with the EMR system EPIC is preferred.

·        Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license.

·        Must have adequate work transportation that may require work rotation to other RHCC facilities.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse | Fairmont, NC, Lumberton, NC, Maxton, NC, Pembroke, NC, Red Springs, NC (Primary side & Walk-in side)

STP, NC

  • Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Lumberton, NC, Red Springs, NC (primary/walk-in side)

·        Graduation from an acceptable Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program recognized by the NC Board of Medicine

·        The ability to relate with warmth and effectiveness to the patients and other providers of the Corporation.

·        Experience in treating patients of all ages, specifically comfortable with treating pediatric patients.

·        Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant must be credentialed and approved with all payor sources, to include private insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid at all times.

  • Peer Support Specialist | Smithfield, NC, Greenville, NC

·        Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

·        At least twenty-one years old.

·        An individual who has lived experience with addiction to alcohol and/or drugs.

·        Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record

·        Able to read, write, understand, and follow directions.

 

  • Assistant Facility Manager | Greenville, NC

·        High School Diploma or GED

·        Two years’ experience working in a Human Services field.

·        At least twenty-one years old.

·        Ability to work varied shifts.

  • Clinical Counselor | Lakeview, NC, Lumberton, NC

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field

  • Documentation of at least two years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree supervised experience in the profession of alcoholism and drug abuse counseling or related field and the techniques of casework, group work, or community organizations

  • Current license as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker is highly recommended.

  • Understanding of substance abuse and chemical dependency as defined in the DSM-IV.

  • Understanding of addictions and knowledge of the impact of addiction on women and families. 

  • Knowledge of 12-step programs and perinatal programs aimed at rural women and minorities.

  • Familiarity with the community and its resources.  Individual must be familiar with other agencies and with what they offer.

  • Ability to correlate needs with possible solutions; ability to synthesize information effectively in order to communicate successfully both orally and in writing.

 

  • Family Treatment Court Coordinator | Lumberton, NC

·        A Bachelor’s Degree in a human service-related field or Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and 5 years’ substance abuse counseling experience

·        Knowledge of budgets/diverse cost centers and funding sources

·        Excellent abilities in communication skills(speaking/writing)

·        Experience in both long-and-short-term strategic planning

·        Ability to provide day-to-day leadership and technical assistance to clinical management, and other corporate professionals.

·        Proven ability to write technical reports, program documents, and deliver presentations.

·        Demonstrated diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with governments, thought leaders, and other key stakeholders including other implementing agencies.
